What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress! Our wedding dress code is formal attire, meaning that ladies are encouraged to wear midi and floor length dresses and men are encouraged to wear suits and ties.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 5pm, please plan accordingly to arrive for ceremony start time. We recommend arriving by 4:30/4:45 to give yourself enough time to find your seats.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

There will be transportation both to and from the Holiday Inn Newton and the Fairfield to Bear Brook Valley. Fairfield Inn Departure time: 4:10pm Holiday Inn Newton Departure time: 4:30pm Shuttles will depart back to both hotels at 12am following the conclusion of the After Party.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is a large private parking lot at the venue for guests to use.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We absolutely adore your little ones. However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only event with the exception of those involved in the wedding and direct cousins ages 12 or older. We appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting). Cocktail hour will be a combination of inside and outside. The reception will be indoors.
