Due to Cornell Family Weekend being the same weekend as our wedding, we recommend you book a accommodation as soon as possible. You can find suggested hotels on our travel page.
Our afternoon ceremony followed by our cocktail hour will be held outdoors. For the reception, seating for dinner will be under a heated tent, while the dancing will be in a heated building. Guests will walk to the ceremony on gravel pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.
Our dress code is formal cocktail attire - a reason to dress to impress so we can dance the night away. We suggest a suit, blazer with dress pants and a tie, long or midi dress or pantsuit. Ladies, given the nature of the venue grounds, we recommend block heels. For this time of year, we'd also recommend a jacket or shawl, just in case!
In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!
