We are excited to celebrate with you at Excellence Riviera Cancun! We strongly encourage our guests to RSVP and book your room as soon as possible because we do not have a room block. What is the difference between the regular rooms and Excellence Club rooms?
Excellence Club is an upgrade that will give you extra amenities, access to an additional restaurant, access to a private pool and beach area, upgraded mini bar, concierge lounge, early check in and late check out, etc.

How to get from the Cancun Airport to the Hotel
Round-trip transportation between the airport and the resort is included for all guests. To arrange your transfer, you'll need your reservation "Confirmation Number", which is located in the email you received when booking your room. To find this email, just search "Excellence Riviera Cancun Your Reservation Confirmation" in your inbox and it should pop right up. Within that email is a link to book your free transfer. We recommend you do this well in advance to ensure smooth travel plans for when you land in Cancun!
