Our welcome party is on Thursday, March 27th and our wedding ceremony is on Friday, March 28th, 2025. We will be staying at the resort from March 26th - March 30th, 2025. Feel free to extend your stay for as long as you wish!
Round-trip transportation between the airport and the resort is included for all guests. To arrange your transfer, please contact Seasons Tours at transfers@seasonstours.com and provide your room confirmation number and flight details. We recommend booking in advance to ensure a smooth arrival and departure!
Please note that both the Ceremony and Reception will take place on the sand, with floor covering only during the cocktail hour and covered dance floor. There will be protected areas to store your shoes throughout the evening, should you choose to embrace your toes in the sand. Please wear formal cocktail attire. A small step above semi-formal, though not as formal as black-tie optional or black-tie. Women should opt for spring/summer colored cocktail dresses, mid-length, and long. We are requesting Men wear a suit, however, tie is optional.
Dress like you’re heading to a nice dinner on a tropical vacation! Women, opt for a dress, skirt, or a stylish two-piece set. Men, wear a short-sleeve button-down with pants—linen or lightweight fabrics encouraged. Think effortless, breezy, and polished!
The resort follows a smart casual to casual elegant dress code. For dinner, women should wear dresses, skirts, or dressy pants, while men should wear long pants with a dress shirt, collared shirt, or polo. Shoes should be casual or elegant (no beach sandals). Sleeveless t-shirts, tank tops, and shorts are not permitted in most restaurants, except for open-air dining areas. For breakfast, attire is more relaxed—shorts, bermudas, sarongs, and t-shirts are allowed, but swimsuits, wet clothes, sleeveless t-shirts, and tank tops are not permitted.
Yes! The resort offers excursion packages at additional charge which you can easily book during your stay. Some nearby attractions are Isla Mujeres, Chichen Itzá Mayan Temple, Cenotes, Xcaret, snorkeling, catamaran, etc. The resort also offers several free activities such as paddleboarding, kayaking, tennis, volleyball, etc. We encourage you to explore the resort website!
Excellence Riviera Maya is an all-inclusive resort. This means that all food and beverage, including all alcohol, is included with your stay for the entirety of your trip. However, it is recommended to bring tip money so that you may tip for good service.

Yes. Our wedding ceremony will be held at Excellence Riviera Cancun. All guests must be staying at the Excellence Riviera Cancun resort in order to attend.
