Lezah is my sister, we have grown up together and always know where to run when we truly need. Lezah and I have a very special bond since I had a big role in raising her. Something that I will cherish always, as I took care of her when she was young, she has vowed to do the same for my boy and is Kai's Godmother. Lezah gifted us her beautiful dance studio for our reception. So proud of her and her success, and blessed she's sharing it with us on our special day!

Gina is my best friend here in Ca, and Godmother to my son Kai (yes, the lucky little man has 2 Godmothers, it takes a village!) We met 9 years ago when I moved here to work at the same Pilates Studio in Bird Rock. We became instant friends, and I have so many memories of us laughing uncontrollably, past the point of my face hurting. Gina is a very special lady and will always have a special place in my heart, and my life forever.

My Brother from another mother.....I met Iman in a club in Washington DC about two decades ago. We spent the whole night in a van out side the club singing, doing spoken word to tracks from the studio. Our love for music and our drive to create it together formed a life long family bond. We spent years creating music, recording, and performing whenever possible. Through the years we have watched each other grow as people and now as parents. We have been through so much together, good, bad, ugly, and the beautiful. I have shared half my life with Iman standing by my side, this moment would not be the same without him standing next to me once more.

My big sis, she has a big heart, she loves her puppies and loves her nephew even more! I am blessed to have her for a sister. She makes me feeI like I am the best thing in the world, especially when I feel like I am at my worst. I couldnt imagine this day with out her.
Audrey Rollo

Audrey and I met in 1999. After a string of performing a ton of open mics, I met Sam Gunderson and Cactus Groove. Audrey and I had a great connection through the music and we all became a close family. I have fond memories of watching her masterfully change guitar strings in the middle of sets for the band. So many great memories, and support through it all. She even made the art work of my first demo. I will never forget our own road trips, our late nights, and our schemes to move on. Although that part of our lives faded, and we dont get to see eachother often, our friendship will always be close in heart no matter how many miles are in-between us. Audrey is one of the most beautiful beings I have ever met. Loves with her whole heart and soul, and beams like the sun from the inside out.

Anna is a genuine friend, always wanting to be there and thinking of others first. She is kind hearted and just one, of the awesome blessings that came from meeting Geno. Although we have not know each other more than the few years Geno and I have been together, Anna has shown me true freindship and love that I will cherish for my lifetime.

Justin and Geno go way back. They were school boys together, playing 4 square and spin the bottle.

Matt is Geno's brother. They spent their summers traveling on family trips with 30 kids packed in the back of a station wagon and the smaller ones on the floor boards. Those where the days, no seat belts required.
