Make sure if you are flying in you fly into the San Diego airport. everything is so close to there.

Rental Car

LYFT

You can reserve a ride with LYFT up to a week in advance, they are also very quick and usually arrive in minutes. I recomend not driving for 2 reasons,(a.) drinking and be merry, (b.)parking will be OK but easier to just get dropped off and picked up.
