Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want everyone to feel great and be comfortable! It will be quite hot so dresses and light-weight linen suits would be perfect. Think bohemian Ibiza vibes! (shoes are optional!)

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP by January 2025. Please RSVP for each event (let us know when you arrive and when you will leave). RSVP your attendance for: - On-site accommodation (organised by us) - Friday night evening meal - Wedding Day on Saturday - Brunch on Sunday - Paella and Pool Party on Sunday You can do this on the RSVP page on the website or text Genevieve on 07527353712

What do I need to book myself?

Answer

You only need to organise your own flights and your transportation from the airport to the venue and back on the Monday. Depending on the airport, we recommend hiring a car to get you to the venue. We also recommend travelling with other guests to reduce travel costs!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements so we can inform the caterers.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

All the accommodation is either on site or in walking distance of the venue where all the events will be held.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at the venue and golf club accommodation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome! Please just let us know in advance so that we can place you in the most suitable accommodation.

Can we take photos during the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We would love for people to capture our day with photos and videos.

How will food and drinks be served?

Answer

The food on the wedding day will be a 4- course meal including drinks.

Do I have to stay in the on site accommodation?

Answer

There is plenty of other accommodation available if you would prefer to have your own space, please just let us know ASAP/with your RSVP if you would prefer that.

Are you having a traditional wedding ceremony?

Answer

No, our ceremony will be held by Jacqui (Louie's Mum), she is a trained celebrant and will create a unique ceremony for us. It so going to be very special and unlike any ceremony you have been to before (it's the part we're looking forward to the most!).
