All other Golf Club Accommodation check in is from 2pm. *Please note that we ask for a £200 per person contribution towards the cost of accommodation for the 3 nights (including additional food). Welcome Evening meal in Arcos de la Frontera Village

For those that will have arrived by Friday evening, we will be heading up to the village for an evening welcome meal, timings 7pm - 10pm. The restaurant is situated in the beautiful old town of Arcos de la Frontera. The food will be buffet style traditional spanish/tapas! and the drinks will be served as an open bar (however, don't go too crazy as we need you all fresh for the morning!!). **All food and drink is included** *10 minute drive, taxi's/cars will be organised at the time*

Ceremony

Our Wedding Ceremony will be special and uniquely tailored to us as a couple. Jacqui (Louie's Mum) is a trained celebrant and will be leading us through the experience.
Canapés and Drinks
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Dinner and Speeches
7:30 pm - 10:00 pm
A very special, 4-course meal will be provided for the wedding breakfast, including the venues own homemade red, white and rose wine for the tables! *Please let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies.
Evening Celebration
10:00 pm
*This includes a free bar* Live music from our amazingly talented friend, Arachai! (expect drumming, digeridoo, handpan and live vocals!). Time to get involved and make some music together!

The check-out time for the Hacienda Fain Viejo Venue is anytime before 1pm. The check-out times for ALL Arcos Gardens Villa's is 11am.
