Suggested Travel Dates: Arrive Saturday, June 11 & Depart Wednesday, June 15 or Thursday, June 16 For US guests: I know our PTOs are limited :( If this is the case, we recommend departing Friday night (June 10) after work, which gets you in Mallorca on Saturday morning (June 11). And return Wednesday, June 15 (arrive in the states the same day). Essentially you need to take Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday off of work! If you are traveling from New Jersey/ NY, there are now direct flights to Palma de Mallorca with United Airlines on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Return flights will still have a layover. Try finding a return flight with a short and easy layover in Madrid, Barcelona, London, Zurich or Frankfurt. Use Google flights aggregator! To find the non-stop United flights, you must set your departure date on a Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday in order for these flights to appear. Airbnb

For those who like an Airbnb experience, try finding something in or close to the town Port de Soller (where the hotel is located). This will allow us to be close to each other and spend time as a group on the beach, exploring the village, touring the coast on vespas etc.. ;-) basically vacation together! Also the bus shuttle to and from the catamaran and wedding venue will be from Hotel Eden in Port de Soller. We can’t wait!

Rental Car

Hiper Rent A Car

The website can be switched to English (upper right hand corner). Step 1: For Pick up/ Drop off location, select "Mallorca Airport (minibus office)". Step 2: For Car Category, select Automatic (option 5) or else all other options come with manual transmission. Step 3: Pick your car, P.S. we never opt in for the additional Hiper Plus Insurance. There are two options for payment: Online (gives you a 2% discount) or "At Pick Up". Step 4: You will receive a confirmation for either options. Bring it with! This is our favorite rental car company because it's hassle free & cheap! However, the drop off/ pick up location is NOT at the Palma airport. After arriving in Mallorca, head outside to the open parking lot. In the far right hand corner of the lot, there is a yellow "Hiper" shuttle van that will take you to the rental car office. The driver will have a list with reservation names. You need to return the car at the rental car office, where a shuttle will take you back to the airport.

Shuttle from Hotel Eden to the Wedding Venue

A bus will shuttle guests to and from Hotel Eden (the main hotel) to the Ceremony. If you are in a different hotel or Airbnb, please plan to be at Hotel Eden no later than 3:30pm on Tuesday, June 14th so you can use the shuttle! The travel time to the ceremony is approx. 25 minutes. For those staying outside of Hotel Eden, we will need to schedule for a taxi pick up from the venue to return you to your airbnb or house. Let me know if you require this service so that I can make the reservation.
