McGee Tyson Airport

Knoxville is served by McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS), which is located about 25 minutes from downtown Knoxville. It’s a small and easy-to-navigate airport. That said, there’s currently some ongoing construction around the airport, and traffic in and out can occasionally be unpredictable during peak hours. We recommend giving yourself a little extra time when arriving or departing, just to be safe. Grabbing an Uber/Lyft from the airport is typically easy and convenient, but if you’d prefer, we’re more than happy to help with pickup or drop-off arrangements!
