By when should I RSVP?

Answer

The sooner you RSVP, the better. Please get back to us by January 14th at the latest. Thank you so much for your help!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest arriving by 4:00pm. This will give you plenty of time to park and get settled in. We plan to begin the Prelude at 4:10pm and the Processional at 4:30pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please! Feel free to leave us a note when you complete your RSVP, or reach out directly to the.leiva.gencays@gmail.com.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at both locations. It is about a 5 minute drive from the ceremony location to the reception.

Is your wedding LGBTQIA+ friendly, and what accommodations are there for gender inclusivity?

Absolutely! To ensure everyone feels comfortable, both venues have gender-neutral restrooms. We look forward to celebrating love with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course! We love your children and want them to celebrate with us. We know sometimes sitting quietly during a ceremony can be difficult for young people, so we will have childcare available during the ceremony. We’re also investigating options for onsite childcare during the reception. Let us know if that’s something your family might appreciate!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We suggest wearing semi-formal attire, but your comfort is most important to us. Wear something that makes you feel festive and ready to cut a rug!
