FAQs

Question

Can we take pictures?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony at St. Therese will be the only “unplugged” part of our special day. We kindly ask that all phones, cameras, and devices be put on silent or turned off before going into the church. We've hired professionals to capture this blessed moment so that all of our family and friends can be fully present during this moment with us. Our beautiful pictures will be available after the wedding. Please take as many photos as you wish after the ceremony, at the cocktail hour, and during the reception. We can’t wait to see what fun memories will be captured by our professionals and guests, especially ones we might not remember the next morning!

Question

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

We are happy to accommodate our guests’ dietary restrictions and ask that we are given enough notice to make those changes. Please don’t hesitate to tell us about your specific needs when you RSVP on the website.

Question

Are kids allowed at your wedding?

Answer

While the children in our families hold a special place in our heart, we respectfully ask that no children, except for those in the bridal party, attend the reception. We hope our guests take this opportunity to relax and celebrate with us!

Question

What’s the bar situation?

Answer

We want to celebrate our wedding night to the fullest with our friends and family, from the first toast to the last nightcap. Our reception will have an open bar offering on-tap beer, sparkling wine cocktails, a selection of red & white wines, and non-alcoholic options.

Question

What if I've had a few by the reception's end and shouldn't drive?

Answer

Our first priority is taking care of our guests. While we ask that you please know your limits, we understand it’s easy to get carried away at such a joyous family event. We encourage guests to use Uber or Lyft to get home if they’ve had too much to drink and live nearby.
