Katie Lou and Gemma became friends in college because they both were from Tennessee and liked spending their Sundays cleaning cat poo. In a place like Iowa, that's all you seem to need to have in common to form a lifelong bond. She's currently working towards her Masters of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction at University of Denver, and her fun fact that she'd like all of you to know is that she looks good in every hat. (It's true-- we've checked!) And at the time of writing, she is currently at level 6153 of Candy Crush.
Daphne

Daphne and Gemma knew they were platonic soulmates as soon as they laid eyes on each other on the first day of college pre-orientation. Daphne prepared Gemma for married life with Jillian by doing all the cleaning, hosting all the parties, and faithfully sharing dinner with her every evening while they lived together. They are currently in their third first year (yep) of their PhD at UPenn studying plant physiology.

Which came first, Jillian or Gillian? The answer is they both came at the same time because they are inseparable and it's impossible to only get the attention of one of them. Those two met in high school and were quickly a dynamic duo and powerhouse of club involvement. As the president and vice-president of their DECA chapter, highly involved members of their student council, and always in the art department for some reason or another, it is understandable how they became the best of friends, and still are to this day. G even taught J about the wonders of authentic ramen and how to actually eat with chop sticks. While Gillian is currently in DC completing her JD, the two never miss an opportunity to share life events, hot gossip, or even just a funny meme.

Craig and Jillian became friends through KL and Gemma, and man what an incredible chance! When left to their own devices, Jillian and Craig will simply vibe, drinking beer, talking sports, and gushing about how wonderful their respective fiancées are! Two souls so evenly matched in their ability to go with the flow of the girls' plans and enjoy the company of their gender-swapped selves.
