FAQs

Question

Can I bring a date or extra guest? What about kids?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the RSVP section of the website. Also, we would love for you to fully enjoy this celebration, so we kindly ask to leave the children (15 years and younger) at home.

Question

I am unable to attend one of the events. Am I able to RSVP for just the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Although we would love to see you at both events, we understand that not everyone can attend them both. When you RSVP with us, you are able to decline one or the other event. This will make it easier for us to see who is going to which event.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Mobile Devices: Once you scan the QR code, you will be brought to our website homepage. On the top right corner, there's a circle with 3 lines. Click on the "RSVP" tab. You will type your first and last name, and click "Continue." Please check if you are going to the reception and/or ceremony. After selecting, your RSVP is confirmed. If you want a copy of your RSVP sent to you, enter your email on that page. Desktop: On the top of every page under "Gellyn & Kerwinn," there is an "RSVP" tab. Once you click there, it will bring you to the page needed to type your names. The process from here is the same as the mobile devices. If you are still having trouble with the website, please contact Kerwinn or Gellyn.

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you submit your RSVP no later than February 14, 2026. After that, the RSVP link will be shut off from the website. We are not planning to make any extensions or exceptions, due to the timeline needed to coordinate with our venues and vendors. If we do not receive an RSVP by the indicated date, you will be dropped out of the guest list.

Question

Are there any accommodations for guests?

Answer

Unfortunately, we did not get any room blocks for this date. If you are seeking accommodations because you are off island, please search the Waikiki area.

Question

What should my attire be?

Answer

We kindly request wearing semi-formal attire for both the wedding ceremony and the reception. Our wedding ceremony will be held in a church, and our reception will be outdoors. Please dress accordingly. Please refrain from using these colors, as these are reserved for our wedding party and immediate family only: White, ivory, dusty rose, rose gold, light pink, burgundy, or maroon. We encourage the following colors to be worn: Spring and pastel colors (Green, blue, yellow, purple, etc.), and neutrals (beige, brown, grey, etc.). For any questions, please feel free to reach out to Gellyn and Kerwinn.

Question

May I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. This means no phones or personal cameras permitted during the ceremony. Our officiant will also remind guests before the start of the ceremony. We will have professional photographers and videographers capture our moments. We ask for your support to be fully immersed and present.
