Samantha is Taylor’s younger sister, other half, and best friend (by blood and by proxy). Together, they form a dynamic duo of professional yappers — once they start talking, good luck getting a word in. With Samantha’s “yes girl” energy and Taylor’s Sagittarius chaos, they were a recipe for nonstop shenanigans growing up — much to their parents’ delight. As kids, Taylor used Samantha as a human canvas (she was an art major, after all). In college, they enabled each other’s impulse shopping. And these days, they’re usually the ones hyping up the group and making sure the drinks are flowing. While Gabe is Taylor’s partner in life, Samantha is Taylor’s partner in crime.
Aaron Gee

Aaron is Taylor’s younger brother and the baby of the family. As the accountant among the marketing girlies, he keeps everyone laughing and his sisters’ finances in line — a crucial role, given their shared shopping addictions. While he’s great at managing budgets, he’s still very much the youngest and needs frequent reminders about family events, holidays, and the occasional life task. He’s the life of the party and truly the best little brother anyone could ask for.
Kyra Henderson

Kyra and Taylor have been friends since 5th grade when Taylor moved to Orange County. They’ve been bonded ever since by clumsiness, laughter, and learning how to surf (kind of). Kyra brings a calm, joyful energy into every room, and she’s been one of Taylor’s most constant, comforting friends for nearly two decades.
Hannah Hart-Hurdle

Hannah and Taylor became friends in 6th grade. They bonded over late-night Wii battles and Call of Duty: Zombies marathons fueled by copious amounts of stollen candy. Hannah’s infectious humor lights up any room, and she remains the ultimate co-op partner—always ready to turn any moment into a memorable adventure.
Michelle Uranaka

Taylor met Michelle sophomore year of college when Michelle wandered into her kitchen one day and never left. They’ve been inseparable ever since — from studying abroad in Paris to living together with Taylor’s family after college (so much so that Taylor’s dad now calls Michelle his third daughter). Michelle is a fellow yapper, endlessly fun, and like a second sister to Taylor. If you ever end up in the same room with Taylor, Samantha, and Michelle — good luck to your ears. The volume is high, the conversations are endless, the liquor is flowing, and the chaos is unmatched.
Frannie (Mary) Winters

Frannie and Taylor met during the first week of law school and have been “trauma-bonded besties” ever since. While they technically studied together, their real strength was reminding each other to actually enjoy life outside of outlines and cold calls. Frannie is brilliant, hilarious, and a fellow yapper who made the law school trenches a lot more bearable — and fun.
Gavin John
Best Man
Gavin is Gabe’s younger brother and first-ever friend. Despite being polar opposites on the playground, Gabe and Gavin played together a lot growing up… and boy, did they laugh. As the years rolled on, the playground transitioned more to dining room conversations and bird-watching strolls, but the laughing always remained. In addition to his uncanny ability to spot and identify every bird species in Southern California, Gavin also fires classic “Gav zingers” that are molded by wit and flavored with cynicism. In many ways, Gavin is like a well-shaped cumulus cloud—curiously engaging, throwing bits of shade, and always there to support life when it matters most.
Bevy John

Bevy is Gabe’s younger sister and #1 homie. As the youngest sibling, Bevy never had an issue keeping up because she learned how to throw down and send it. And once she learned, she embraced it. She would jump off the large rock first, suit up to play goalie when no one else wanted, bust a move on a packed or cleared off dance floor, and she would eventually perform a Tame Dog on a snowboard before being able to properly carve. Beyond being a daredevil, Bevy is also immensely thoughtful and supportive, with an innate gift of unlocking playful energy and infusing childlike exuberance into life.
Wes Gunn
Groomsman
Wes is Gabe’s cousin and a true creative spirit. His doodles are masterpieces, his holiday gifts legendary. And his style and directorship help shape theme parks around the globe. One day, perhaps, Gabe and Wes will have a creative collaboration to share. Wes is a bit quirky, oddly eccentric, and outrageously authentic. His facial expressions say more than most people’s thousand-word unsolicited rants. But even more so than being a talented artist and genuine guy, Wes earned his spot in the wedding party by being endlessly reliable, deeply family-oriented, and always showing up when it counts.
Chris Warth
Groomsman
Chris became Gabe’s closest friend during his time living in Peru. Chris’ favorite Texas Hold’em poker hand is the ten and jack of clubs—a fitting pair: modest alone, full of promise together, ready to revel in the highs or weather the lows. That’s Chris—steady, dependable, capable. Chris offers insight without judgment; provides guidance without scrutiny; shows kindness without placation; and offers friendship without strings attached. While Gabe and Chris have had plenty of adventures across countries and continents, some of the moments that stick out most are the simple nights wandering the streets of Cusco with nothing but conversation in the air and beers in hand.
Sam Mosle

Sam is Gabe’s former roommate and best pal from college. Before college, Sam was somehow the heaviest player and strongest pound-for-pound lifter on his high school football team. Gabe imagined Sam would become a wildlife conservationist who specialized in wrangling large, powerful animals, like lion or caribou. Because Sam was ferocious. But Sam was much deeper than his imposing size. He’s considerate, intelligent, and courageous—a Disney cross between Kronk and Aladdin. Sam baked Gabe a surprise cake for his 19th birthday, took Gabe on his first hunting experience, and never shied away from passing on praise or constructive criticism. Gabe had never felt so assured that someone had his back as when hitting frat row with Sam, his fierce camaraderie and loyalty making him a lifelong friend.
Josh Fountaine
Groomsman
Josh and Gabe have developed a strong bond through their involvement at the Escondido hockey rink. Josh valued Gabe’s competitive spirit, and Gabe respected Josh’s managerial prowess. Together, they have been the consistent backbone of the Rinkster Mavericks hockey club, an organization that’s become known for its commitment to competing hard and promoting the hockey community well (more often than not, anyway). Josh is an action-taker, a self-proclaimed nerd, and a gregarious fellow. He’s become roller hockey royalty, not from elite play, but rather through his phenomenal social facilitation. Josh makes connections, improves settings, and shares generously. While he’s happy to be in the mix, expect to find Josh closer to the cigar lounge than the dance floor.
