Garden formal. Think timeless and elegant—suits, long dresses, or dressy cocktail attire. The ceremony is outdoors, so we recommend block heels or dressy flats and bringing a light layer for the evening.
Yes! A shuttle will run between The Welk (our main hotel) and the venue before and after the wedding. Uber/Lyft availability is limited in the area, so if guests plan to fully enjoy late night libations, we encourage guests to book a room and shuttle in. Shuttles will run from 3:15 pm to 10:15 pm
Yes, we’ll have complimentary valet parking at the venue for those who choose to drive.
If your invitation includes a plus-one, their name (or “+ Guest”) will appear on your RSVP card. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us!
We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a fun night out!
We’re serving dinner family-style and want everyone to feel taken care of. Please let us know any allergies or dietary needs when you RSVP.
The wedding is in March, and Escondido weather can vary. Expect sunny skies with a light breeze during the day (60s-70s) and cooler temperatures at night (50s–60s). The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be in a tented area with heaters. We recommend bringing a jacket or shawl!
Doors open at 3:30 PM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 3:30 to allow time to park, get seated, and settle in before the festivities begin!
Yes! We’ve reserved both one- and two-bedroom suites for our guests at The Welk. Each suite includes a spacious living room with a pull-out couch, perfect for accommodating extra guests. The resort also offers adjoining rooms—just ask the booking team for availability and options. Rooms are first come, first served, so we recommend booking as soon as possible!
