When should I RSVP by?

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We do have a small gift registry here with Zola. Please visit the Registry tab for more information! In addition to a traditional registry, we wanted a way for our guests to be able to be involved in making memories of a lifetime on our honeymoon. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30pm to enjoy light refreshments before the ceremony begins.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we would love to be able to accommodate as many people as possible, our venue does have a guest limit and we are not able to accommodate additional guests beyond those addressed on the invitations. We have taken many factors into consideration when making this decision and we appreciate you wanting to share the love!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We understand that traveling with children at home can be difficult! If you are unable to acquire childcare at home in order to have a childfree weekend, we would rather have you than not. Please inform us ASAP if you will be bringing your family so we may update our numbers.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have two blocks reserved for our guests: Hotel Northampton and Fairfield Inn by Marriott, both located less than half a mile from the venue! Please see the Travel tab for more information.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Following the rehearsal and dinner, we will be receiving guests in the back bar at Fitzwilly’s Restaurant. When the wedding ends at 10pm, the after party begins in our reserved after party area and downstairs in the beautiful and moody Tunnel Bar. The morning after the wedding, we will be partaking in the brunch buffet at Hotel Northampton's Wiggin Tavern if anyone wants to join us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The venue has plenty of parking available. If you are staying at the Hotel Northampton, Fairfield Marriott, or Quality Inn, the venue is less than 0.5 miles away and you could leave your car parked at your hotel and walk over.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal to black tie. Come dressed to impress! Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as are suits and cocktail dresses. We encourage you to bring your Festive Holiday best. We kindly ask that you do not wear the color red. Please note that members of the groom's family will be dressed in green.
