Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Everything will be taking place at Villa Woodbine. Doors open at 5:00 PM. Please arrive no later than 5:00 PM as the ceremony will start shortly after. Valet is available and using Uber is recommended as well.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everything will be outdoors. The bar will be located indoors where there is limited lounge seating if needed. While we do expect it to be cooler at night, please dress comfortably according to the temperatures that weekend.

What is the wedding attire?

Answer

Formal Attire, Black-tie optional. We kindly request for men, suit and tie. Ladies, a cocktail dress, floor length dress or dressy pant suit.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

Yes! We are planning on having a Welcome Party on Saturday, October 25 from 5:30 - 8:00 PM at Cerveceria La Tropical Brewery in Miami. Fun food and drinks will be served. We will be outdoors in the garden area. There is minimal street parking so uber is recommended All of the details for this event are on the "Schedule" tab. Please make sure to also RSVP for that event as well.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

When is the RSVP deadline and how do I RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than September 10 on our website. Please visit the "RSVP" tab.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Yes! Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies.
