Welcome Dinner

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Business casual-ish: think casual dress or slacks and a button down, no tie.

If you're coming in from out of town, join us for a Friday night dinner at the hotel to kick off the weekend. We will be using a kosher caterer. If you have any dietary restrictions beyond what I've listed in the form, please reach out!

Rehearsal Dinner

7:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Brings socks if you want to bowl! Casual attire.

For those who need to know: Shabbat ends at 8:41 PM in Richmond per Chabad. The bowling alley is a 2.4 mile walk from the hotel. Alternatively, the 50 Bus runs pretty much door-to-door, with about 2-3 minutes of walking on each end. All Richmond public transit (GRTC) is free.

Ceremony & Reception

11:15 am - 4:30 pm

Semi-formal attire. Long dresses are appropriate but not required. For military guests, service dress or branch equivalent are appropriate but optional. Please feel free to wear comfy shoes!

Food (dairy brunch) will be served buffet style. If you need a pre-packaged kosher meal, make sure to fill out the meal preference form.
