We met at Cal Poly SLO in 2018 during a friend’s bar crawl when Eleni offered to help Justin split the tab on a round of Guinness for their friends. The following Monday, we crossed paths walking to class and, in typical Eleni fashion, she couldn’t help but say hi. We ended up walking the rest of the way to class together, and from that moment on, everything felt easy. The following year — Justin’s “victory lap” and Eleni’s senior year — was filled with unforgettable memories, adventures, and the beginning of a relationship that quickly felt like it had been years in the making. Our first official date was on July 7, 2018. We went to a Giants game in San Francisco with friends before dinner at Delarosa, where Eleni ordered a tomato salad and Justin, trying to make a good impression, conveniently forgot to mention that he hates tomatoes. That weekend in the city was one to remember, and from the very beginning, we both felt like we’d known each other for a lifetime. Over the years, our relationship has been full of love, laughter, adventure, and so many incredible memories with the people we love most. We feel so lucky to celebrate this next chapter surrounded by all of you. Thank you for your love and support throughout the years — we can’t wait to celebrate together in Naxos!
