FAQs

The Wedding Website of Tyler Gavin and Rachel Moutis
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by the date listed on your invitation so we can finalize plans with our vendors.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, plus ones are limited to members of the wedding party and to guests who are married or live together. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. Suits, cocktail dresses, and formal attire are encouraged. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white, as well as shades of pink, as these colors are reserved for the bride and bridal party.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. Complimentary transportation will be provided to and from the hotel and the venue. The drive is approximately 10 minutes.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Both valet and self-parking will be available at the venue. Self-parking will be available at the church.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive about 20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. The ceremony will begin promptly as scheduled.

Question

What should I do between the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

There will be a two-hour gap between the ceremony and the cocktail hour. During this time, the wedding party and immediate family will be taking photos at the church, followed by additional photos at the venue prior to the start of cocktail hour. We encourage guests to use this time to travel to the hotel, which is about a 40-minute drive, and check in. A shuttle will be provided from the hotel to the venue. This schedule allows the bride and groom to complete photos in advance so we can be fully present and spend time with all of our guests during cocktail hour and the reception.
