What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is black tie optional. The ceremony will be held outdoors in a grassy meadow, so bear that in mind when choosing shoes.

Are children welcome?

We love your kids - but this is an adults-only event. You'll thank us later for the night off, promise!

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes, please see the "Registry" tab on the website. We are registered with Zola, Williams Sonoma, Crate & Barrel, and Pottery Barn.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Making the guest list was very difficult for us because of course we want to include everyone we know! There are only so many people we can accommodate, and we hope you understand. If not specified on your invitation, we are only accounting for you. If you have any questions about this please feel free to contact us.

Where can we park?

Answer

If you are not staying at the Quail Lodge, you can park at the Quail Lodge Clubhouse. Please see the "Schedule" tab for directions.

Question

Can I take pictures of the wedding and post it on my social media?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, so no photos or videos are allowed during the ceremony other than those taken by our wedding photographer. Otherwise, yes, photos are absolutely encouraged and welcome! We are counting on you to help capture this milestone. When sharing, please don't forget to use the hashtag: #HereComeTheCreps

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. There will be a shuttle service beginning at 3:00pm to take you from Quail Lodge Clubhouse to Quail Meadows. Parking is NOT allowed at Quail Meadows, but is allowed at the Clubhouse. Please allot for enough time to park at the Clubhouse and take the shuttle to Quail Meadows. We highly recommend arriving to the Clubhouse no later than 3:15 pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please do! There is a place to do this when you RSVP through this website (see the RSVP tab above). The Chef can easily accommodate vegetarian and gluten-free diets with advanced notice.
