North Lake Tahoe Express

If you don't want to rent a car, shuttle services are available to get from airport to resort. Guests who decide to rent a car will receive a reduced self parking fee of $10/night.

Travel Note

Ride Share (Lyft/Uber)

While Uber and Lyft are available in Lake Tahoe, there are a few restrictions (especially when crossing the NV/CA state line). Please be advised that rideshare wait times may be more than 15 minutes.

The Palisades Tahoe is the closest hotel to the Resort at Squaw Creek. One bedroom suites start at $349 and include complimentary parking. Please note, if you stay at this location you will need to drive or ride-share (approximately 5 minutes) to attend all wedding events.

Granlibakken Tahoe is located in Tahoe City, approximately 15 minutes from the hotel. Standard king rooms start at $190 per night, and include free parking. Please note, if you stay at this hotel you would need to drive or ride-share to all wedding events.

Flying into Reno or Sacramento

The closest international airport is the Reno/Tahoe International Airport (RNO). Resort at Squaw Creek is located 42 miles west of the Reno/Tahoe International Airport (on the Northern California side of Lake Tahoe). Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is located approximately 2 hours from the hotel.
