YES. There is no question about this. FAQ's never lie.
Please bear with us. Covid-19 has thrown a couple wrenches in our original plan. We originally planned to have a large wedding at St. Joe's Mess Hall. The Bishop has decided not to allow large events within the diocese. We had to change our venue last minute to a much smaller location. However, we plan to get together with the group of people we were unable to invite at a later date.
Absolutely not! We were really hoping that Covid-19 would go away by now and relied on that to invite a large amount of wedding guests. However, we were forced to change venues and reduce the number of attendees as a result of Covid-19. We have decided to continue on with the wedding in a more intimate setting. We still love everyone we originally invited and plan to meet up with you at a later date!
Please RSVP as soon as possible. We have friends and family that had to be cut to meet the smaller number requirements due to Covid-19. If you plan to decline the invite, please let us know as soon as possible so we can fill your seat with another loved one.
The time on the invitation is the time that the Ceremony will begin. Please arrive 15-30 minutes early or you might be stuck behind the Bride.
You may only bring a date if your date is listed as a guest on your invitation, or if your invitation has "& guest" written on it. Please respect our decision to reduce the amount of plus one's as a result of Covid-19. We want to have as many loved one's celebrate with us as possible.
Kids are welcome if they were listed on the invitation given to you. Please respect our decision to cut some children from the original guest list. We had to reduce our numbers as a result of Covid-19.
Parking for the Ceremony is directly across the street in Holy Trinity Middle School parking lot. The parking for the Reception is street parking outside of Carnegie Hall or there is a paid lot across the street for additional parking.
The reception will take place at Carnegie Hall, 401 Monmouth St. Newport, KY 41071. It was originally scheduled for St. Joe's in Cold Spring but that was cancelled due to Covid-19.
We are aware that the wedding is on a Thursday and that it is unconventional. However, it is New Years Eve so most of us have a long weekend as a result. More time to PARTY!
