SHUTTLE PICK-UP ANNOUNCEMENT: The pick-up location is right across the street from Hammetts and is in front of the Parrot Restaurant. We are using Rockstar Transportation. This is one of the newest hotels right Downtown. Easy walk to shopping, dining, and the Welcome Reception at The Black Pearl. We have a room block of 10 rooms at a rate of $450 per night on a first come first serve basis. Please reference Gartzke/Ball Wedding while booking your reservation. Shuttle service will be provided from this hotel to the ceremony at 4:30 PM on 6/18.

This hotel (previously a Courtyard Marriott) has 15 rooms set aside starting at a rate of $249/night on Thursday 6/17/21 and $289/night on Friday. Please reference Gartzke/Ball Wedding when booking. Hotel is located in Middletown which is 10 mins from Newport. Shuttle service will be be provided from this hotel to the ceremony at 4:15 PM on 6/18.
