Cliff Walk
The Newport Cliff Walk is our favorite activity in Newport and a MUST. The 3.5 mile path offers unbelievable views of Newport's famous gilded era mansions. Recommend starting at the “Forty Steps” access point to walk the full 3.5 mile trail.
Mansion Tours
Public tours of several of Newport's Mansions are offered by the Newport Preservation Society. View for more details on mansions included in tour.
The Lawn at Castle Hill Inn
Although you'll see Castle Hill at our ceremony & reception, we also highly recommend stopping by at another point to enjoy a drink on the rolling lawn, which is a timeliness Newport icon.
Tennis Hall of Fame Tennis Center
Check out the International Tennis Hall of Fame which includes a museum, grass tennis courts, an indoor tennis facility, and a court tennis facility.
Newport Sailing School
Located on Goat Island (adjacent to Gurney's) Newport Sailing School and Tours (host of the famous America's Cup) offers courses for beginner, intermediate, and advanced sailors.
Franklin Spa
This is not a spa as the suggests, but instead a classic neighborhood diner and our top breakfast recommendation.

The Mooring
Classic and popular Seafood restaurant right on the wharf. It’s a no-frills and family-friendly place which offers views of Narragansett Bay.
