We have known each other since the beginning of time (or at least that is what medical school makes it feel like)... We both attended Des Moines University. Garth graduated in 2017 and Taylar graduated in 2018. During our time at DMU, Garth spent an extra year teaching osteopathic manual medicine and happened to be Taylar's TA. At that time, little did we know our paths would cross again. As fate would have it, we both matched to the University of Nebraska Medical Center to complete our OB/GYN residency. Residency provided us with the opportunity, at times through commiserating, to grow our relationship during some of the toughest years in our training. Our relationship quickly developed and so did our fur family! We now have three wonderful pups (Ivy, Heidi, and Finn) as well as two curious cats (Edna and Ethel). We are incredibly excited for this next step in our life-time of adventures as we continue to build our life together.
