Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly request no children at the wedding ceremony & reception (except for those that are in the wedding). If you need babysitters, please let us know - we have several contacts in the area.

Is there transportation to the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will have private shuttles to and from the wedding venue. Picking up and dropping off at The Best Western Vista Inn, downtown Main St (near The Inn boutique hotel) and South Main St (at The Surf Hotel).

What is the dress code?

Answer

For the Welcome Party: We recommend 'Mountain Chic' -- think: semi-formal attire with some mountain flair (e.g. cowboy hats, boots, bolos, etc.). For the Wedding: We recommend 'Mountain Formal' -- think: cocktail or formal attire but a little less formal than traditional weddings since we are in the mountains. Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking space at the wedding venue but if you plan on drinking we encourage you to take advantage of our private shuttles to/from town :)
