Is there lodging available at the venue?

Answer

Yes and no! Loloma Lodge offers cozy on-site cabins and rooms, but these are reserved for our wedding party and guests we’ve already contacted who are staying for the full weekend of festivities. If you’re looking to book one or two nights elsewhere, don’t worry, there are plenty of great spots nearby! You can find our top recommended overflow lodging options under the Venue/Lodging tab!

Are Dogs Allowed At Loloma Lodge?

Answer

We absolutely love pets, but for this weekend we kindly ask that guests keep their furry companions at home or off the venue property. Our puppies will be part of the wedding, and we want to let them shine as the day’s little furry stars!

If I'm staying at Loloma Lodge, how do I handle my lodging contribution?

Answer

If we’ve talked to you about staying at Loloma Lodge, we’re handling the arrangements ourselves (the lodge doesn’t do traditional bookings like hotel blocks etc). You can send your lodging contribution whenever it works for you, and we’d love to have everything in by July 1st (same day as RSVPs). Yes! We want you to enjoy your time however you like. We just ask that you join us for the events you RSVP’d to and keep an eye on the schedule so you’re there to celebrate with us for the ceremony and reception!

We will have a wood fired pizza truck on Friday. Saturday morning will be coffee and small bites, and at the reception we’ll have an amazing caterer!

Are kids invited?

As much as we adore your little ones, we’re keeping our wedding adults-only. We want everyone to relax, enjoy the weekend, and maybe sneak in some cornhole or a bonfire without worrying about nap schedules. We hope you understand and can still celebrate with us!
