If you’re one of our on-site guests, check the cabin assignment map at the welcome table to find your cabin/room, get settled, and enjoy a little downtime before the welcome event kicks off at 6:00 PM! (Please note: On-site lodging is reserved for our wedding party and guests staying both Friday and Saturday nights and joining us for all events at the venue.)

Attire: Fall Elevated Casual- relaxed and comfortable, just a little dressed up for a fun fall evening!
Build your perfect pizza or salad at the Oregon Wood-Fired Pizza Truck with 27 toppings to choose from, and grab yourself a cold beer, cider, or glass of wine!

Espresso Cart and Breakfast Bar in the Carriage House
8:30 am - 10:30 am
We’ll have unlimited coffee from Cafe Fuerte's espresso cart! This will include lattes, cappuccinos, and all your favorites, plus a selection of pastries and snacks to enjoy! Grab a treat, sip some coffee, and then head out to relax or explore! From 12:30–3:00 PM we’ll be setting up and taking photos, so please relax in your cabin or visit nearby spots like the Hot Springs or Blue Pool. We kindly ask that guests avoid the main venue area during this set up time, thank you!

When you arrive, follow the signs to the garden and take in the beautiful surroundings! Mingle and relax, then head to the ceremony by the river. The ceremony starts promptly at 3:30 PM!

Stroll back through the garden to the "Lower Lawn" for passed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, mingle with friends, or jump into some lawn games!

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Grab your seat and enjoy a delicious meal! Don’t forget to stop by the Photo Bus for some fun snapshots before dancing the night away!
After party in the Carriage House!
10:00 pm
Stick around for games of beer pong and darts, or gather around the bonfire for s’mores!
