San Marco Square
The quaint San Marco area centers on its leafy namesake square, a lively hub with indie boutiques and casual eateries serving brunch, pizza and ice cream. Chic bistros and trendy bars dot surrounding streets. Kaley & Garrett's personal favorites are Southern Grounds for coffee, Taverna for food, and Grape & Grain for drinks.
Five Points
Five Points is a hip residential neighborhood known for its bohemian cluster of vintage shops and eclectic eateries. There's an art-house movie theater on Park Street, while King Street has lively bars and gastropubs serving craft beer. A personal favorite of Kaley & Garrett's is Hoptinger, which is the best rooftop bar in town.
St Johns Town Center
For food, for shopping, and for just enjoying a day of leisure, go to the St. John's Town Center. Kaley highly recommends enjoying a boujee brunch at the brand new rooftop restaurant at Restoration Hardware!
Tinseltown
A great movie theater that surrounded by fun restaurants a bars in case there's a must-see during our wedding weekend. Even if you're not interested in a movie, this area is just a short drive from the St. John's Town Center and is highly recommended for dinner out. There are all the reliable favorites like Miller's Ale House and Mellow Mushroom as well as finer dining spots like Three Forks.
Atlantic / Neptune Beach Strip
With great restaurants, bars, and beach access, this is a great part of town to explore and enjoy. Kaley & Garrett agree that you can't go wrong with any of the food in this area.
Jacksonville Beach
Jacksonville Beach has tons of food and drinks all along the public beach access. Fun beach days and lively night life are the highlights of this area.

Sprawling entertainment venue with a high-tech driving range & swanky lounge with drinks & games.
Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens
Family friendly and a good way to pass the time.
Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens
Some of the most gorgeous gardens in all of Jacksonville, this is a must see.

Family friendly and great for anyone visiting town.

If you're looking for natural Florida walking trails, this is the place for you. This is also right by the gorgeous beaches.
Riverwalk
The Jacksonville Riverwalks are a network of multi-use trails and open space developments along both the north and south banks of the St. Johns River in Jacksonville, Florida. It consists of 1.2 Miles Of Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Museums, And A Marina.
Mickler's Landing
A bit of a drive for anyone staying in the center of town, but this is one of the prettiest beaches in the area. A bit more secluded, it is perfect for beach walks and is known for having tons of sharks teeth, shells, and sea glass.
Riverside Arts Market
Good eats and fun eclectic finds, this is a great place to pass the time while enjoying the views of the river.

River & Post
One of our favorite rooftop bars and restaurants in town! You cannot beat the views overlooking downtown Jax and the river.
Sidecar
The perfect place for happy hour or a post-dinner drink, this hole in the wall bar is one of Kaley & Garrett's favorites! Fair warning, parking can sometimes be problematic during peak hours, but it's definitely worth at least a drive by.
Chart House
High-end chain eatery serving seafood & steakhouse fare in a classy setting with view. This is our favorite spot to go for a nice meal before we walk along the Riverwalk.
Matthew's Restaurant
Contemporary & elegant option for innovative New American dishes plus an impressive wine list.
Taverna
One of our all time favorites! Amazing food and atmosphere plus it's located in the heart of San Marco. Definitely make a reservation if you want to go.

Amazing BBQ at a fun indoor/outdoor restaurant near the beaches.
Angie's Subs At Jax Beach
If you make your way to the beaches, this is a must go for lunch! Best subs and deli salads in town.
TacoLu
If you find yourself by the beaches, this is a great stop for dinner and/or drinks! Kaley's favorite spot for tacos and margs in town.
Casa Marina Hotel and Restaurant
We highly recommend for drinks or casual eats! It's right on the beach and especially fun if there's live music.
RH Jacksonville | The Gallery at St. Johns Town Center
The BEST boujee brunch at the rooftop atrium restaurant! Definitely plan to get a reservation several days before.

St. Augustine
About a 45-minute drive away, St. Augustine is the perfect place to escape for a day trip. Between the historic downtown area to the fort, shopping, good eats, and more, St. Augustine is equally lively as it is rich in it's history.
