Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:50pm, as the ceremony procession will begin promptly at 5:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Formal is the attire for our celebration. The lovely ladies joining us can wear anything from a gown to a fancy cocktail dress. The gentlemen should wear a tux, suit, or coat and tie. We recommend you check the weather a week leading up to the event, as late October in Florida can be a bit unpredictable. Finally, when you make your shoe choice, please bear in mind that the ceremony and reception space is indoor/outdoor, so you may be walking through a grass lawn at some points during the evening.

Do I need cash or an ID for the bar?

Answer

Our bar will be an open bar, so there is no need for cash unless you want to tip the bartenders (not at all required). You will, however, need to have your ID on you as the venue does check IDs if you want to order an alcoholic beverage.

Can I bring a date / plus one?

Answer

Our wedding is invitation only. We will only be able to accommodate those explicitly listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking for our guests in the Epping Forest Yacht and Country Club parking lot. The gate guard at the front of the property will direct you to the parking lot upon your arrival.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any special dietary needs, please list them on your RSVP card, which will be included in your formal invitation. However, our dinner will be served buffet-style, so we are limited in what we can accommodate. At the event, please ask the staff if you have any questions about food allergies as you are being served.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Invitations will be sent out in mid-August and we ask that you RSVP by September 17th via the RSVP card included with your invitation.
