Where should I fly in?

The closest airport is New Orleans International Airport (MSY) which is about an hour drive the to venue. We have a hotel block in Hammond, LA for guests which will be about 20 minutes to the venue.

Where should we stay?

We have a hotel block at the Home2Suites in Hammond, LA. This is about 20-30 minutes from the venue, and will provide you with the best access to restaurants, activities, etc. when you are not at our event. There are several hotels in the area, so if you would prefer to stay somewhere other than the hotel we selected for a block feel free to browse and make your own accomodations!

We have a block of rooms reserved at this hotel, some with a king bed and some with 2 queens. We have also booked bus transportation to/from this hotel - so if you’ll be unable to drive after the reception (we DO have an open bar) we recommend staying here!
