For people in designated couples or families, you will see the option to RSVP for all people in your party together. If you have been given a plus one, it will be noted as “Your name & Guest” on the invitation. Anyone not listed has not been included in our vendor head count. Weddings are expensive, so we tried to keep to the people we know and who will most enjoy our day!
For the most part, we have included children on the invitation. If your invitation is addressed as “The _____ Family” we have accounted for all of your children in the head count. Similar to the plus ones, you will see your children's names and the option to RSVP for them when you RSVP for yourself. If your children are not listed, we do apologize - we tried to keep to children of family and close friends and hope you can use this as an excuse for a date night! Please feel free to text one of us if you have questions.
Please RSVP no later than August 29th via our website. We need to provide all vendors with a final headcount 30 days prior to the event.

We plan to have an outdoor ceremony with an indoor reception weather permitting. If rain and/or storms are in the forecast, we will move the ceremony inside. This time of year, the weather will likely still be warm (anywhere from 70 to 85 degrees).
The wedding will be a pretty relaxed cocktail attire, so any casual dresses for women or slacks and a nice shirt for men is perfectly acceptable. You are welcome to dress up more formally if you wish, we are pretty relaxed in terms of attire! Bridesmaids will be in sage green, and the groomsmen in navy. If you already have green or navy in your wardrobe, please don’t worry about matching the bridal party and wear what you want!
Hotels in Hammond, LA are 20-30 minutes from the venue. You are welcome to drive yourself as there is ample parking at the venue and ushers will guide you when you arrive. For guests who may not have a designated driver, we will have a shuttle to and from the Home2Suites in Hammond, LA where we have a room block. Ubers/Lyfts will be hard to come by where the venue is located, so please keep that in mind.
Please be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time (5:15). Guests enter the ceremony space near the top of the aisle, so if you arrive late you may not be able to get to a seat. You are welcome to arrive 30-40 minutes early to socialize and get seated.
Gifts are welcome, and we have a registry on this website as well as a link to an Amazon registry. You should have the options to send the gifts directly to our house if you don’t want to bring them to the event. We will have a card box at the venue as well if you’d prefer to bring a card. We will also be doing a money dance during the reception if you would like to save any monetary gifts for then! However, we recognize a lot of you are traveling and we do not expect additional gifts if it is not in your budget!
