There are two different options for transportation to Winter Park from the airport: 1) Rent a car Please make sure to get a 4WD/AWD vehicle as it is Colorado law if you are driving into the mountains. Be prepared for any type of weather, from beautiful and sunny all the way to blizzarding if you plan on driving up! 2) Hire a shuttle service If you don't want to drive (understandable!), we recommend using Home James for your airport shuttle service. They have provided us with a discount code: . Please see our "Travel and Accommodations" tab for more information on The Lift, a free transit service in Winter Park, as you will have to use this if you do not have a rental car.

Winter Park sits around 9,000 feet above sea level. We highly recommend hydrating leading up to traveling here, and staying on top of hydration throughout your trip. Please note this means alcohol also sneaks up much quicker than it does at sea level! We want to have fun with our loved ones, and for you all to have a memorable stay in Colorado, so be extra cautious with this :)
While we certainly love your little ones, we will be having a child-free reception with the exception of some older family members. They are welcome to come to the ceremony, but we would love if all of our favorite adults get to dance the night away with us! Any invited guests will appear on your RSVP. Resort Sitters (https://www.resortsitters.com) has a network of vetted babysitters, and then we have some personal connections in the area that would be able to watch your kiddos if needed. Please reach out to us if you have any specific questions about this!
Welcome party: casual! We will be at a brewery, so think jeans, sweater, boots.. Comfortable and cute :) Wedding ceremony/reception: cocktail attire. Please check the weather as it is extremely variable in April!
