Will alcohol be served at the wedding?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar for everyone of age to enjoy. Please drink responsibly. Also, remember Garrett and I are not responsible for your way home or finding you a way home. The open bar will serve beer and wine.

Will the events be inside or outside?

Answer

Weather permit, the ceremony will take place outside in a grass area, then the cocktail hour and reception will take inside the barn. Then the dancing will be done outside on the dance floor. Everything is all walking distance to each other.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party and family will stick around for photos. The guest can proceed to the barn through the front door to find a seat. Cocktail hour will be during this time, so guests can enjoy finger foods, the photo booth, and a snow-cone truck.

What should you wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

Garrett and I have purchased a beautiful brand new house and have a home full of brand new things! Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, a cash gift would be very welcome. I did include a small Walmart registry located under the registry tab on the website.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Yes, you may bring your little ones, but please let us know if you decide to bring them. We have a limit on guest count so children of a certain age must be counted. Please watch them during the entire wedding because there will be expensive decorations out that we do not want to be broken.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

YES PLEASE!! We even have a hashtag! our hashtag is #HappilyeverUlmer. Also, I know I might be busy but please send me all the pictures you take so that I can make a scrapbook! I love photos so I will want to see them. We will also have a photo booth for part of the wedding, so please make sure you visit it. PLEASE WAIT TO TAKE THE PICTURES AFTER THE CEREMONY!
