The airport in the Springs is closer to the venue, but a short car journey up to the Denver metro area, just be aware!

Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center

Josh and I have a hotel block with the Hyatt Regency in the Denver Tech Center. We will also arrange transportation from THIS hotel to the venue and back at the end of the night. I do not have information for this, so I suggest you look at the Hyatt's website for that schedule. Please note, if you choose to find other arrangements for your lodging, you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the event. Don't be late!

Shuttle

Shuttle from Hyatt Regency DTC to Spruce Mountain Ranch and Back

January 9, 2027 2:15 pm - 10:15 pm

The shuttle will pick guests up from the Hyatt Regency DTC at 1:45pm and will depart at 2:15pm SHARP! Please do not be late to the shuttle, otherwise you will have to organize another way to reach the venue. The shuttle will then deliver our guests to Spruce Mountain Ranch around 3pm to give everyone time to find their seats, use the bathroom, sign our guestbook, etc. The Ceremony begins promptly at 3:30pm. Finally, at the end of the evening, the shuttle will depart around 10:15pm back to the Hyatt Regency for the night. Please do not miss the evening shuttle, otherwise you will be responsible for getting back to the hotel on your own.
