Join Garrett for a day at the office. Section 4 on the Chattooga River is considered some of the best whitewater in the Southeast and promises splashy adventurous fun. 7 hour whitewater adventure in the backcountry, includes picnic lunch. A small amount of hiking on shore is also involved. Cost is $120/person. Ages 12 and up. RSVP here if you have any interest in this bonus activity and we will see how many of us want to get out on the water and play! What to wear: synthetic clothing, swim trunks or yoga shorts + a workout top. Water shoes, outdoorsy sandals that have backstraps or old sneakers. Remember to pack a towel and a dry clothing to change into when we get back from the trip. Come enjoy sunset with us at our favorite community "park". Chattooga Belle Farm is an operating orchard, cafe and event space with stunning panaramic views. This welcome party will be a causal evening hang on the farm's lawn. KIDS ARE WELCOME. Feel free to arrive early and enjoy more of the sunshine. Beverages will be provided. Please eat dinner prior to arrival, as we are not planning on serving food. Other suggestions include bringing camp chairs or a picnic blanket for lounging in the grass, and a water bottle to cut down on disposable cup use.

Attire: semi-formal, garden party. think florals, breezy, laidback, whimsical, bohemian, woodland wonderland. pointy heels discouraged (our dance floor is a lawn) ... in fact shoes are optional ;)
Arrival begins at 3:30pm Ceremony 4pm (please arrive a little early so we can start on time) Happy Hour, Appetizers & Bluegrass 5-7:30pm Dinner (Country Picnic Buffet) 7:30-8:30pm Continued Celebration, Jubilation & Dancing until 10pm and howling at the moon after-party into the night Carpooling encouraged. KIDS ARE WELCOME! parents note: our caterer will be serving chicken fingers & fruit around 6pm so that kids can eat early if they want to. Important details: - there is no cell phone signal or wifi at this venue. In an emergency cell phone signal can be gained at the corner of Damascus Church Road and Battlecreek Road, which is at the entrance to the campground. - there are not any Uber or Lyft or taxi services in our area. Please arrange for someone in your party to be a safe and sober driver OR plan to spend the night at the campground. - perfumes are discouraged in order to prevent biting insects. - feel free to bring a water bottle to cut down on disposable cup use.
