Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We reserved a hotel block at the Olde Mill Inn, where all of the wedding festivities will be taking place. You can find the online booking link under the travel tab on our website, or by calling The Olde Mill Inn directly at (908) 221-1100 and booking under the Gargano/O'Donnell wedding hotel block. If you are unable to secure a room there, we recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Basking Ridge, conveniently located nearby.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our family and friends to dress up and celebrate with us in style. The dress code is formal attire in black. Women are welcome to wear a black dress, jumpsuit, or any elegant and formal look. Men can wear a black suit and tie or a black tuxedo. We kindly ask everyone to stick to black attire to help create a timeless, cohesive, and beautiful atmosphere for the day.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your save the date/invitation was addressed to you and a guest, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held in the courtyard and the reception will be indoors in the Washington Ballroom at the Olde Mill Inn.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary parking is available at the Olde Mill Inn for all wedding guests, including those not staying overnight at the hotel.

Will there be events besides the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! We'd love for you to join us for a full weekend of celebration: Welcome Drinks - Kick off the festivities with us on Friday, August 21st from 8:00-10:00 PM at the Coppertop Pub inside The Grain House at the Olde Mill Inn. After Party - Keep the fun going after the reception on Saturday night at The Grain House for late-night drinks. Farewell Breakfast - Join us for a light breakfast on Sunday morning from 7:00-10:00 AM at the Olde Mill Inn before heading home.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Although the ceremony starts at 6:00 PM, we recommend that guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the offical ceremony start time so you can get settled, enjoy refreshments and music before the proceedings.

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to celebrate!

Please RSVP by July 22, 2026. We kindly ask that all guests respond by this date so we can finalize details with our venue and vendors. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
