Have you secured room blocks at one or more hotels?

Answer

We have not reserved any room blocks, but we invite you to visit the ‘Travel’ tab for our recommended nearby hotel accommodations. Out-of-town guests are encouraged to make their own lodging arrangements.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our early evening ceremony is planned to take place outdoors, with the cocktail hour to follow in the same open-air setting. Please note: Guests will walk along paved walkways to reach the ceremony site but will briefly step onto grass to access seating—so we kindly recommend avoiding stilettos or thin heels. In the event of inclement weather, both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved indoors.

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one? Is this an open invitation?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests not bring a plus-one, as we are keeping our celebration intimate and wish to share this day with those we know personally. Each guest will receive an individual invitation. Please don’t make assumptions about who is invited, and we ask that you refrain from sharing our wedding website link.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

While we absolutely love your children, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration for guests 18 and older. We hope you enjoy a evening out with us!

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?

Answer

We warmly invite our out-of-town guests to join us for a post-wedding brunch the following day—details to come. In the meantime, feel free to explore the local area! We've listed some of our favorite attractions under the ‘Things to Do’ tab.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

We welcome you to enjoy a 45-minute cocktail hour on the patio between the ceremony and reception, featuring cocktails, mock-tails, light bites, and great conversation.

Am I allowed to take photos/videos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you join us in keeping our ceremony ‘unplugged’ by refraining from taking photos or videos. We want everyone to be fully present with us as we exchange vows. There will be a brief moment during the ceremony for photos, after which we ask that all phones and cameras be put away. Thank you for respecting this special time with us.
