What airport should I fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. It is 25 minuets (24.4 miles) away from the city of Round Rock, where the wedding will be taking place.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would ask that it be semi formal/ cocktail. Because how often do you get to get all dolled up for a night out with family and friends!

Question

Can I bring a guest or family member not listed on the invitation?

Answer

We wish that we could share our special day with all family and friends, however due to limited capacity at the venue, we are only able to accommodate for those invited

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. We love your kids, but thought you might like the night off. ADULTS ONLY PLEASE

When to arrive to the wedding?

Answer

For the Garcia side- an hour early is preferred due to us always being late, some more than others.. you know who you are LOL. For the Hubnik side- 30 to 45 minuets should be enough time to mingle before grabbing seats for the ceremony

Can we take pictures during the wedding?

Answer

We ask that guests refrain from using phones or cameras during the ceremony. However feel free to take photos immediately following and anytime afterwards. We have a GREAT photographer and promise to share ALL the special moments with you!!
