Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we cannot accommodate plus ones unless they are specifically named on the invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate and have a fun adult weekend without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children or babies.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Hampton Inn Blue Ridge. We were able to lock in room blocks at a discounted rate for our guests in attendance. We have gone ahead and provided shuttle transportation to and from the wedding venue from this hotel only. Because of the remote location of our beautiful destination wedding, this is the only hotel closest to the venue.

Do I need to stay at the hotel?

Answer

No, you do not, but keep in mind there is a shuttle taking guests only from the hotel where we have done a room block with. If you decide to stay in a cabin or AIRBNB, that is fine, but transportation is on your own.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by December, 31st 2024.

What if I don’t RSVP on time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by December 31, 2024, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you)

Is there a dress code for the actual wedding?

Answer

‘Spring in the Mountains’ cocktail attire. While we are expecting sunny skies, the weather will be chilly so please plan accordingly with jackets, coats, or shawls. Our ceremony & cocktail hour is outside. •Suggested Attire: Women- choose a breezy dress with floral patterns or pastel shades & hues, consider opting for shoes with thicker heels to navigate the grass/terrain. Please avoid ivory or white dresses. •Suggested Attire: Men- light colored suit jackets paired with light colored ties.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outdoors followed by dinner and dancing indoors.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly request not to take photos during our ceremony, we hired a photographer that will take pictures. We are going completely unplugged and will also ask to silence cellphones.

Answer

Do all the locations have parking?

Answer

Yes! the hotel has self parking, the wedding venue has a parking lot with a parking attendant, and the vineyard has a parking lot.
