Rooftop Hangout-Welcome Event
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
50 West Main Street, 5th Floor, Blue Ridge, GA 30513
Suggested Attire: Cocktail Chic (keep in mind spring weather is starting, but it does get chilly at night)
Alex and Bobby will have a get together on the rooftop of their hotel the night before! Feel free to come and go as you please as this is not a private event. From 8-9pm it will be a complimentary open bar, then from 9pm forward it will be a cash bar. The restaurant also has food if you would like to have dinner on your own.

Shuttle Transportation
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Please arrive at the entrance of the hotel by 4:00pm for the shuttle pickup to the ceremony. A shuttle will pick up guests only from Hampton Inn Blue Ridge to the venue. The shuttle will then return at 10:00pm to take you back to the hotel.
Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

‘Spring in the Mountains’ cocktail attire. While we are expecting sunny skies, the weather will be chilly so please plan accordingly with jackets, coats, or shawls. Our ceremony & cocktail hour is outside. •Suggested Attire: Women- choose a breezy midi or long dress with floral patterns or pastel shades & hues, consider opting for shoes with thicker heels to navigate the grass/terrain. Please avoid any short dresses, ivory and white colors. •Suggested Attire: Men- light blue, gray, green colored suit jackets paired with light colored ties.
It is outdoors on a mountain top so please dress fabulous, but comfortable! keep in mind spring weather is starting, but it does get chilly at night.

Alex and Bobby will have a farewell get together the day after! Feel free to come and go as you please as this is not a private event. If you stick around after the wedding, From 12-1pm it will be a complimentary open bar, then from 1pm forward it will be a cash bar. The vineyard also has snacks if you would like to have one on your own.
