You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible by RSVPing "No", so that we can plan accordingly. We kindly ask that all our guests RSVP no later than October 26. Thank you!
We have addressed the invitations to the people who we would love to come. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. When doing so, please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests and children formally invited on your wedding invitation.
We want our friends and family to be comfortable first and foremost. That being said, we kindly ask you please follow a formal dress code and don't forget your jacket as it will get chilly. We would also love to invite all our loved ones to join in the celebration by dressing in our wedding colors of black, burgundy, deep green, dark purple, or grey. Dark or moody tones preferred if possible.
There are roughly 10 concrete and wood stairs leading up to the ceremony space, which will be held outside on grass. The reception and remainder of the evening will be on one level and all hard surfaces.
Yes! The ceremony will be outside and the reception predominantly inside. During the day the November weather in Lake Arrowhead normally ranges between the low 60s to the low 50s so please plan accordingly and dress warm.
The ceremony will start at 2:00pm so please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before. We promise there will be good music to listen to and something to keep you warm while you're waiting!
Yes! Miller's Landing has a large parking lot with plenty of spaces for everyone.
Above all, we want all of our guests to be able to have fun, cut loose, and have an absolutely amazing night. If for you that includes indulging in our open bar, then please be aware that Lake Arrowhead does NOT currently have Uber or Lyft services in the area. Instead we recommend planning accordingly by contacting any of the transportation services listed on our “Travel & Accommodations” page. As a result of the ceremony being over a holiday weekend and in order to guarantee timely service, they have strongly suggested to schedule your ride least 1-2 days before the wedding.
Yes! Food is a huge part of our love story and we couldn't celebrate together without enjoying something delicious. Cocktail hour, immediately following the ceremony, will start the night off with hors d'oeuvres. While after dinner and the opening of the dance floor, dessert and coffee will be served to finish off the evening. If you have any dietary restrictions please make sure to alert the bride & groom as soon as possible via email. The event will be entirely nut free and we kindly ask our guests to please adhere to this safety guideline for the evening.
We are kindly asking that all our guests keep their phones on silent and out of sight during the ceremony. But if you've been practicing your stealth photo taking skills and are able to snap a few shots while keeping your phone completely out of sight, then feel free so long as you promise to send them to us after. Signage will be available throughout the venue with instructions on how to upload pictures taken during the course of the day's celebrations to a shared drive.
The final dance of the evening will take place at 10:00pm, with the newlywed send off following shortly after.
