We're Getting Married

"Olo and Boston's story began at Gate Gourmet, where they met while working together. What started as a simple work friendship slowly grew over time. A few years later, when Olo’s brother Monson left for his mission to serve in the Philippines, preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, it was a difficult moment for her. With most of her immediate family in Samoa, Monson's absence left a noticeable gap—not just in their family, but especially in Olo's heart, as she was very close to her brother. During this time, she found herself reaching out to Boston. Their friendly conversations slowly became a source of comfort and connection. One day, Olo invited Boston to see the Temple Lights in Carlingford, and without hesitation, he said yes. That first outing was sweet, memorable and it was clear that Olo enjoyed his company more than she expected. Not long after, Boston planned their next outing—a trip to the Blue Mountains. Just as they were about to step off the bus, Boston surprised Olo with a quick kiss. She was caught off guard but before she could react, he kissed her again and confidently said, "I'M MAKING YOU MINE" From that day forward, their relationship blossomed and growing stronger with each passing year. Now, ten years later, their love is a beautiful reflection of patience, faith, and unwavering commitment. Olo and Boston have embraced every step of their journey, trusting in God’s perfect timing. Together, they’ve faced life’s challenges hand in hand with their love and faith lighting the way.
