The best ramen in town!
One of our favorite breweries. In the mornings, a coffee shop called Taxus is run out of the bar. The owners are really sweet and all the baristas know Rosie by name!
Our favorite calm beach. Park on the street and enter on 26th Bay St, 27th Bay St, or 28th Bay St.
Another fun brewery with PHENOMENAL pizza!
One of our favorite spots to walk/hike with Rosie! Entrance is $5/car.
The best Irish Pub in town. Try the Irish nachos, Scotch eggs, and any of their beers!
Where we got engaged! Try to find the bridge where Josh proposed. Unpaved trail through the woods. Relatively easy walk. 1.6 miles.
A bunch of nice outlet shops if you want to get shopping!
Where Alissa and Josh go to trivia every week. Meet us there for our welcome dinner!
The outlets are a great stop if you have a shopping bug!
Our favorite sandwich shop. They have killer salads as well!
One of our favorite spots! A bit further from the venue, but worth the drive! Tickets are $30/adult and $25/child.
This is the "famous" tourist area of Virginia Beach. Come walk on the paved boardwalk, take a photo near the Poseidon statue, and visit some souvenir shops! October is "off season" so some shops may be closed, but it is still a great time to see the ocean without the crowds!
The Virginia Zoo is a fun medium sized zoo with decent walking paths. Tickets are $18 for adults, $15 for children.
