First Landing State Park
One of our favorite spots to walk/hike with Rosie! Entrance is $5/car.
Grace O'Malley's Irish Pub and Restaurant
The best Irish Pub in town. Try the Irish nachos, Scotch eggs, and any of their beers!
Lake Lawson
Where we got engaged! Try to find the bridge where Josh proposed. Unpaved trail through the woods. Relatively easy walk. 1.6 miles.

A bunch of nice outlet shops if you want to get shopping!

Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center
One of our favorite spots! A bit further from the venue, but worth the drive! Tickets are $30/adult and $25/child.
Virginia Beach Boardwalk
This is the "famous" tourist area of Virginia Beach. Come walk on the paved boardwalk, take a photo near the Poseidon statue, and visit some souvenir shops! October is "off season" so some shops may be closed, but it is still a great time to see the ocean without the crowds!
Virginia Zoo
The Virginia Zoo is a fun medium sized zoo with decent walking paths. Tickets are $18 for adults, $15 for children.
