How do I get to Puebla?
Answer
Puebla has its own airport but it is very small. The recommended route would be to fly into Mexico City Airport (AICM) and take an Estrella Roja shuttle from the Mexico City airport to the Paseo Destino stop in Puebla (approx. 2 1/2 hr drive).

Puebla has taxi services along with Uber and a similar app called DiDi.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving at 4:15 PM. Guests who arrive after 4:30 PM will be asked to wait outside the ceremony.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is formal attire. We suggest guests wear a suit, a cocktail dress or long dress. Please no casual clothes, we'd love the see you dressed up with us! Please no white, ivory, or cream. The bridesmaids will be wearing the color terracotta.

Do you guys have a hotel block?
Answer
We have a hotel discount with the Hampton Inn of Puebla. Please see our Travel and Hotel page for more information on booking your stay.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
We will provide transportation to and from the venue for guests staying in the Hampton Inn hotel. We will only be able to accommodate transportation for guests who have booked rooms. Please list in your RSVP if you plan to book a room at the hotel.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to space capacity, only guests listed on the RSVP form are invited to attend. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by July 1st by visiting the RSVP page. Please be sure to RSVP by the date provided. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend, and we will not be able to provide food or drink due to venue rules. We will miss celebrating with you, but we will need to provide our venue with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Yes, drinks on us! Please drink responsibly and make sure you have a set ride back to your hotel/stay.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We’d love to have everyone present during our ceremony, so we kindly request that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We’ll have a moment at the start for everyone to get a picture before the ceremony begins. We have a wonderful team of professional photographers and videographers who will capture our wedding. We will share photos/video once they are available!

Our ceremony and reception will both take place in San Jose Actipan in Cholula, Mexico. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be located directly outside the reception.

Yes! Valet parking is available.

What kind of food will be available?

After the ceremony, we will have a cocktail hour with refreshments available. Later in the reception, there will be a plated meal. Please list any dietary restrictions, allergies, or dietary preferences in your RSVP.

Your presence with us in Mexico is the best gift we could ask for, but we have included a registry for guests who would like to honor us with a gift. The registry is located on the Registry page of the website.

Ofreceremos transporte de ida y vuelta al lugar del evento para los huéspedes que se alojen en el hotel Hampton Inn. Solo podremos ofrecer transporte a los huéspedes que hayan reservado habitación. Indique en su confirmación de asistencia si tiene previsto reservar una habitación en el hotel. Si tiene previsto buscar su propio hotel o Airbnb, le recomendamos que utilice Uber o Didi para trasladarse por Puebla. También hay conductores privados disponibles en la zona.

Debido a la capacidad del espacio, solo los invitados que aparezcan en el formulario de confirmación de asistencia podrán asistir. Solo podremos acomodar a las personas que aparecen en su invitación de boda.

Confirme su asistencia antes del 1 de julio visitando la página de confirmación de asistencia. Asegúrese de confirmar su asistencia antes de la fecha indicada. Si no confirma su asistencia a tiempo, daremos por hecho que no podrá asistir y, debido a las reglas del lugar, no podremos proporcionarle comida ni bebida. Lamentamos no poder celebrar con usted, pero debemos proporcionar al lugar el número definitivo de invitados dentro del tiempo que nos han dado. Gracias por su comprensión!
