FAQs

Question

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! Please see the Travel tab on this website, or copy & paste this link into your browser: https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/NEWJP/G-7IL5 Our group code is G-7IL5

Question

How do I show proof of vaccine?

Answer

Please upload a photo of your vaccine card, a screen shot of your Excelsior Pass, or other proof of full vaccination to the following: https://airtable.com/shrEycKlKSuFo9HLw If you have difficulties uploading your photos here, please email gallearmoonwedding@gmail.com

Question

When do I get a COVID test?

Answer

Within 48 hours of the wedding - so between Nov 4 and Nov 6 (remember, tests are a point in time reference of infection - any longer time before the wedding would be too long to tell if you're actively infected on the 6th)

Question

What kind of COVID test do I need?

Answer

Any rapid test - including at home rapid test by nasal swab that you can purchase at Walmart or the drug store - is fine by us. A PCR nasal swab or saliva swab is also fine, just make sure it is taken within the 48 hour time frame and that the results will arrive before 4pm on Nov 6!!

Question

How do I show this proof?

Answer

My clever friends have created a super handy form! Upload photos of your vaccine card and test results here: https://airtable.com/shrEycKlKSuFo9HLw Email gallearmoonwedding@gmail.com with any trouble shooting!

Question

I received my test results by phone, how do I submit this?

Answer

Please indicate this in the air table form, and email us to let us know the type of test, when it was performed, and when you got the results.
