What should I wear?

Western Welcome Party - We ask that you please come in your proudest and loudest western attire. Bolo ties, cowboy hats, boots, jeans, bandanas...etc. Rehearsal Cocktail Party - Cocktail Attire Ceremony & Reception - Suits & Dresses (No Jeans Please)

Can I bring kids to the Ceremony?

Answer

Only immediate family members under the age of 18 are invited to the Ceremony. All other events, kids are more than welcomed! Please reach out to Matt and Jen for babysitter recommendations if you are looking for the night of the ceremony and/or any other night!

How will I get to the events?

Answer

Transportation to and from the Wedding Ceremony & Reception will be provided from the Steamboat Grand Hotel. All other transportation isn't provided. While Uber is available in Steamboat, there are a limited amount of drivers. We highly recommend to plan ahead and book travel options via Alpine Taxi (970-879-2800 ) or Storm Mountain Express (970-879-1963).

Will you be able to accommodate my trendy diet or allergies?

Yes! We'll have gluten free, vegetarian, lactose free, and non-alcoholic options at each event! Please reach out to Matt or Jen with any additional requests.

How "HIGH" is Steamboat?

Answer

Altitude is something to prepare for, especially for our sea-level friends and family! The key to the weekend is drink plenty of water and take it easy on night 1! With Steamboat Springs sitting at a lofty, 6,741 feet above sea level, paired with the very dry climate, it's important to stay hydrated! Pro Tip: Drink a glass of water for every alcoholic beverage (or at least try!). It's a game your body will thank you for if you win it!
