Rehearsal Cocktail Party

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail attire with a jacket or coat.

Transportation:  Complimentary Shuttle service provided from the Steamboat Grand Hotel - 2300 Mt Werner Circle - departing between 5:45pm and 7pm with return shuttles between 8:30pm and 10pm *private vehicles can park in public garage across from the Steamboat Grand Speeches, songs, poems, and roasts welcomed by all!

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

Cocktail attire (Dresses/Suits). Plan on chillier temperatures in the evening and ladies please consider wedges or block heels (there will be times you are on grass and gravel). No jeans please.

Shuttle transportation is REQUIRED and private vehicles are not permitted at the venue. Pickup Location: Steamboat Grand Hotel Address: 2300 Mt Werner Cir, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487 Pickup Time: 3pm sharp Looping return shuttles will begin service at 10pm and the last shuttles will be departing at 12am. Please plan accordingly.
